What type of space are we working with? What do you like? What could you do without? What will the function of the space be, and who uses it? Will that change over time?

I provide a 30-Minute Design Consultation to get to know more about you, your family or company, and your desires for your space. Then, I provide a customized tiered approach option, where you start with the initial whole-plan creation, then step it up by hiring me to work with you to implement your new plan, which may include everything from general décor staging to a whole-home renovation, or even planning your move from one location to the next.

My renovation and construction team has worked with all project styles, large and small, from residential bathrooms, whole-home make-overs, and commercial planning, architectural design and implementation. We work with a professional team of architects and engineers to ensure your project is exactly what you need. I work with you and our team to ensure the project is done on budget and on time.

Our team works with you to design commercial and retail spaces with so much more than just an eye to the aesthetics. With more than 20 years of business experience, we can walk you through the ‘why’ of your space, catering specifically to your clientele, and positioning your atmosphere to be exactly what your clients or customers need, both in function and emotion.

It’s time to sell your home, and you want to maximize your return. Our experienced team works closely with home sellers and their realtors to identify local demographic ages, style preferences, and income levels. Then, we assist with minor upgrades that are cost-appropriate, and we stage – either with what you already have, or we can bring in our own staging materials. Our photographers then create a series of professional photos and video for your realtor to use in your house sale.
